The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of the order dated 30.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.28446 of 2019 and to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is a lady. The order dated 30.04.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.28446 of 2019 could not be communicated to the petitioner in time resulting in delay and lapse of period of surrender.

Taking into consideration the facts, the modification petition is allowed. The period for surrender of the petitioner is extended for three weeks from today.
