The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No.27/10 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 436, 307, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with allegation that he was present at the place of occurrence armed with farsa but no specific overt act has been attributed.

The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.8.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be
