It is regrettable that only when the Principal of the college in question was summoned to appear in person that a certificate of the petitioner has now been brought before this Court which has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner and receipt of the same has been handed over to the respondents for their record.

If the Principal had been a little diligent about things the litigation could have been avoided and even the embarrassment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2961 of 2015 dt.18-12-2015 2/2 having to appear in person if it is one for him. The writ application now stands disposed off as it has become infructuous.

The personal presence of the Principal also stands dispensed with.
