Petitioner is accused in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the coaccused. No recovery either of incriminating or looted articles have been made from the possession of petitioner, who is in custody since 04-02-2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17418 of 2017 (3) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- V, Madhubani in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 165 of 2015.
