Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul (Katraha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64335 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 6 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 6, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goraul (Katraha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
