The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondents to name the road as Bithauli Jale road in place of Atarbel Jale Raod.
On bare reading of the prayer, it appears that a public cause is being sponsored by the petitioner. Counsel for the State with reference to the Annexure-A to the counter affidavit submits that a Public Interest Litigation vide C.W.J.C. No. 2077 of 2013
Patna High Court CWJC No.14068 of 2012 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 was filed seeking the similar relief in which no relief was granted to the petitioner of the said case.
In my view, the writ application in the form and the prayer it has been filed is not maintainable. The writ application is dismissed.
