The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter relates to Essential Commodities Act. Petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that there is no complaint against the petitioner regard supply of grains. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
