Sinha for the respondent State Health Society as well as the counsel for the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20950 of 2013 dt.05-08-2016 2/2 The writ application seeks quashing of the order dated 29.07.2013 (Annexure-10) issued by the State Programme Officer of the District Health Society by which work order of the petitioner has been directed to be cancelled. The petitioner has further been directed to be put in black list. On going through the writ application and after hearing Mr. Kumar, it appears that the petitioner was given the work order to function as Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) between the period 03.09.2011 to 14.09.2012. Nothing has been shown to this Court that thereafter the District Health Society renewed the work order to run the NRC in favour of the petitioner-institution. In that view of the matter, the writ application, prima facie, appears to have become infructuous. The same is dismissed as such.
