Perused the record. This revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 27.3.2014 passed in Misc. Appeal no. 14/2013 by which and where under learned District Judge, Samastipur set aside the order dated 19.7.2013 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Samastipur in Misc. Case no. 5/2011 by which and where under he rejected the petition filed by opposite party no.1 under Order 21 rule 97 of the C.P.C.

I do not find any illegally, irregularity and impropriety in the impugned judgment and, therefore, this revision petition stands dismissed on admission stage itself.
