Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 548 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections- 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. In fact coaccused Mukesh Kumar Jha got elected as Mukhiya and in retaliation all his supports have been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
