ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners being the devar and devrani are apprehending their arrest in connection with Andhara Thadhi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners and no specific act has been attributed to them nor has there been any demand by the petitioners to deceased for bringing any dowry.

Considering the nature of allegation made against these petitioners, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their

No.58425 of 2015 (3) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.N. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Andhara Thadhi P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
