1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No.158 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 353, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 56 of Bihar Minerals (Prevention of illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2019.

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to enable them to surrender before the learned Court of C.J.M., Vaishali, Hajipur,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61441 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 in connection with Vaishali Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No.158 of 2023 and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day.
