The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 357/2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 434, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation petitioner has tried to strangulate the informant. It is contended that there is no injury and in place of lodging first information report informant filed complaint case which has now been referred to the police for investigation. It would appear from the complaint case that there is dispute with respect to landed property.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.58352 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 case, let the petitioner, namely, Rampukar Pandit be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 357/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd Saran at Chapra subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Spd/- U T
