JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

In the instant case it is alleged that one stolen motorcycle and one loaded country made pistol were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 10.4.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
