JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 21.06.2014 the husband of the informant was fencing his land which was protested by the brother of the husband of the informant Ramdeo Sharma and in that background Ramdeo Sharma ordered to the accused persons including the petitioners to made assault when the accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant who succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are agnates of the informant and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3436 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 levelled.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly the application stands dismissed in connection with G.R. No. 601 of 2014, arising out of Bithan P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014.
