The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.131 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the submission that there is case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries and the injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party were all simple and superficial in nature as also the statement made in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11670 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 the petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapa in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
