JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the depiction of Respondent No. 5. Permission, so sought, is granted. Needful be done during the course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). A direction may be given to the respondents No. 3 to 6 for removal of encroachment made over the Public Road situated at Khata No. 1136, Survey Plot No. 3098, Village Adarsh Nagar (Dalit Basti), P.S. Guthani, District Siwan, which has

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Guthani, DistrictSiwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
