2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cheriyabariyapur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner and the alleged victim have solemnized their marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 03.5.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53502 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Majhaul, Begusarai/ concerned Court below in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024.
