Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl reveals that the matter is of love-affairs and not of kidnapping. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna/Successor Court, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.332 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case,
