The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are the in-laws of the deceased. The deceased has been killed on demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 04.05.2023 and the petitioner no.2 is in custody since 16.05.2023.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56300 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Let the petitionerd, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023.
