2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 18.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 24233 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. one year and eight months. The trial has not been concluded despite the observation by this Court in paragraph no. 7 of that order in which it was observed that if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. His further submission is that the quantity of contraband

3. The trial has not been concluded within the stipulated period and the order sheets shows that even the FSL has not been obtained by the learned court below.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Exclusive Special Court-I (NDPS Court), Muzaffarpur in connection with NDPS Case No. 60 of 2024 arising out of Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

5. Before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the cases, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
