06-02-2015 In the writ petition, complete vague relief has been sought for. The relief sought for is quoted herein below: (a) Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to restrain their hands for writing the letters by letters to the respondents by the respondents for taking action against the petitioner only for mental torture and agony and for harassing the petitioner in entire service period.

(b) The Respondents further be directed that prior to issue any letter either on any complain or any instigation first apply their mind and after

(c) The Respondents be directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that vague relief/s has been sought for, there is no need to pass any positive order. The writ petition stands dismissed.
