2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., it is alleged that this petitioner took cash of Rs. 4,50,000/- from the informant on the assurance of providing job in Railways Group-D.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner denies the allegation and submits that an agreement to secure job through unfair means is an illegal act in itself. Petitioner never took a single penny from the informant. Moreover, the informant voluntarily parted away with the alleged amount for getting a government job through unfair means and as such he cannot be

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 12th, Muzaffarpur (East), in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 144 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
