This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused as helper of co-accused in commission of murder.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court.
