JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 21-07-2015 When this case has been taken up, Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has been instructed by the petitioner not to press this writ application.

2. Learned counsel for the State, having filed a supplementary counter affidavit, has explained that the petitioner will not be entitled for payment of salary for the period May, 2005 to 07.09.2006, in view of the fact that the scheme in which the petitioner was engaged, namely, Aniyojan Sanketik Bhatta Yojna was itself wound up from the financial year 2005-06.

3. That being so, while this writ application is dismissed as not pressed, but it is made clear that the petitioner
