2. Learned counsel for the State, having filed a supplementary counter affidavit, has explained that the petitioner will not be entitled for payment of salary for the period May, 2005 to 07.09.2006, in view of the fact that the scheme in which the petitioner was engaged, namely, Aniyojan Sanketik Bhatta Yojna was itself wound up from the financial year 2005-06.

3. That being so, while this writ application is dismissed as not pressed, but it is made clear that the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5957 of 2008 (5) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 now will have no liberty to move this court for the same cause of action.
