2 It is not in dispute that the appellant had been given the corrected medical disability certificate. He seeks compensation on

Patna High Court LPA No.1266 of 2012 dt.26-02-2015 the ground that because of wrong certificate earlier given, he has lost job opportunities.

3 His claims are too remote and not liable to be adjudicated upon in these summary proceedings. Learned Single Judge has already granted liberty to approach before the appropriate forum. We see no reason to interfere.

4 This appeal is dismissed.
