Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2012 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 27.02.2013, 26.06.2013 and 08.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 3757 of 2013, 15225 of 2013 and 24507 of 2014. Petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22648 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Addiitonal Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 954 of 2014 arising out of Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2012.
