The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, lodged under Section 414 of the I.P.C. read with Section 25(1-b) a & 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2022 with direction to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or after completion of one year of custody whichever is earlier. Learned counsel submits that vide Annexure-3, charge has already been framed in this case.

In this view of the matter, the bail application of the

No.54765 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 present petitioner is hereby allowed, furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Banka in connection with Bandhuwa Kurawa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
