2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 103(1) of the BNS.
3. According to the FIR, co-accused Wakil Sah and Sakil Sah allegedly stabbed the deceased, while it is alleged that this petitioner had caught hold of the deceased during the incident.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of any assault against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.
