03-08-2015 Sri Prabhakar Tekriwal, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of other side, submits that in view of Annexure - 10 to the writ petition i.e. order passed by the Labour Enforcement Officer, Gaya, which has been passed in compliance with the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 246 of 2010, the writ petition has virtually become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as same has become infructuous.
