JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER --------------- 04-11-2015 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the revisional authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for redressal of their valid grievances with respect to the impugned order dated 16.01.2013 (Annexure-3) passed in Land Ceiling Appeal No. 73 of 2012-13 by the respondent Additional Collector, Samastipur.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdraw with

Patna High Court CWJC No.5288 of 2013 (4) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 the liberty aforesaid.

If such a revision application is filed on behalf of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order and if it is found to have become barred by limitation and if any petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners for condonation of such delay, then the learned revisional authority shall take into consideration that on a bona fide legal advice, the present writ petition was filed before this Court on 11.03.2013 and that remained pending till date.
