Mr. Rashid Izhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that model answers in the examination was found to be incorrect and on account of the same the petitioner has suffered prejudice and for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has already filed representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.9622 of 2016(3) dt.17-04-2018 2/2 respondent No. 3. However, Mr. Rashid Izhar prayed that he may be granted liberty to file fresh representation. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted a fortnight time to file fresh representation incorporating the instances of wrong model answer and in case such representation is filed before the respondent No. 3, he may consider the representation and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
