2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for payment of arrear of salary and annual increment to the petitioner for the period of dismissal from 30.05.2017 to 09.05.2023 and for grant of all consequential benefits."

3. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he proposes to file a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12894 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Bagha, West Champaran (respondent no.4) and the respondent concerned may be directed to dispose of the same within a reasonable time. It is further prayed that in case the amount as prayed for by the petitioner is found payable, the same be also paid to the petitioner.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the contents of the petition, this writ application is disposed of with the following directions: (i) The petitioner shall file a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Bagha, West Champaran (respondent no.4) within a period of two weeks from today. (ii) In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law by the respondent no.4 within a period of two months.

(iii) In case the relief prayed for by the petitioner is found admissible, the consequential monetary amount shall be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

5. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.
