Perusal of the records would confirm that the grievance relates to appointment to the post of Junior Technical Assistant in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. A preliminary objection has been raised by the Govt. of India in the counter affidavit as to the maintainability of the writ petition, inasmuch as all matters relating to recruitment in the Govt. of India has to be contested before the Central Administrative Tribunal under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Leave is granted to the petitioner to espouse his grievance before the proper forum.
