The petitioner is accused in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 462 of 2015, registered under Section 381 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner being the employee in the Jewellery shop of the informant committed theft of one packet of golden nose-pin worth of Rs. Two lakhs. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner was employee in the jewellery shop of the informant and due to demand of wages by this petitioner from the informant, this false case has been lodged. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S.
