This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 14080C of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 323 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. This anticipatory bail application arises out of a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58557 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 complaint case. This application is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53.

It is, accordingly, directed that if the petitioners appear before the court below and seek regular bail, their application shall be decided on the same date, in terms of this Court's decision in case of Salim Ansari (supra).
