JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 02.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 6334 of 2019, the Director (Secondary Education) Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 05.09.2015 contained in Memo dated 06.09.2019 as also the District Education Officer, Bhojpur at Ara has passed a reasoned order dated 19.09.2019 and, thereafter arrears of salary of the petitioner herein to the tune of Rs. 26,70,728/- has already been transferred in the salary

Patna High Court MJC No.3052 of 2019(5) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 account of the petitioner, hence the judgment of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the petitioner, meaning thereby that the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievance, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
