This is repeat application filed on behalf of the three petitioners along with others in Cr. Misc. No. 10291 of 2015, wherein the prayer made on behalf of the present petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected.

Similar submissions have been made which were noticed while rejecting their prayer for anticipatory bail in the order dated. 28.05.2015. In my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer is rejected.

The petitioners may surrender and seek regular bail before the learned Court below. In that event the Court below shall consider and dispose of the same on its own merit and pass
