Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Sections- 420, 406 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Idols have been recovered in a plastic bag in the premises of the temple itself. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2016. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45935 of 2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7528 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. S.S. Chauhan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
