2. The petitioners seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS and Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, it is alleged by the informant that on 25.10.2024 she got information regarding murder of her daughter. She further alleged that her daughter has been killed and her body was disappeared by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence and had not disclosed the source of information as to why she came to

He further submits that the petitioners are co-villagers of the husband of the deceased and are in no way connected with the family of the deceased. No motive has been assigned as to why these petitioners committed the alleged offence. He further submits that the conduct of the informant appears to be suspicious because the informant is a resident of Rasulpur Vaishali than how she came to know about the presence of dead body on 22.11.2024 and when she accompanied the police why she did not sign upon the report. During course of investigation she has not disclosed the source of information. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
