Having regard to the fact that though this Public Interest Litigation alleges defalcation of money by the Principal of the School concerned, the fact remains that there is no impediment in law on the part of the petitioner to lodged either a complaint with a criminal Court of competent jurisdiction or lodge a First Information Report with the jurisdictional police station so as to bring the guilty to book.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty given to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law for bringing the guilty to book.
