2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024, instituted under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 379, 307, 427, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioners entered in to the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting the family members of the informant. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the daughter of the informant causing injury. The accused persons also threatened of dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner No. 1 and informant are full brothers. It is submitted that compromise has been taken place between the parties. The injury on the injured is simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. They undertake to co-operate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
