The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.110/16 registered under Sections 447, 385, 386 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of the informant is that when he along with his family members had gone to irrigate the plants standing over the plot No.35, Khesra No.412 in the village-Sahuri, then all of a sudden Md. Jehangir (petitioner),Md.Jahur, Md. Pappu, Md. Juber and 25 - 30 unknown variously armed with weapon came there and stopped to irrigate the field and made demand of ransom Rs.50,000/- yearly for ploughing and irrigating the field the informant due to fear handed over Rs.6200/- to Md. Pappu.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15050 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 Petitioner, Jehangir snatched golden chain from Chandan and Md.Jahur also took out Rs.1100/- from the pocket of Pankaj Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.,-1st, Begusarai, in Birpur P.S.Case No.110/16.
