2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per F.I.R., three motorcycle borne miscreants, on the point of pistol, snatched cash of Rs. 12,000/- and other documents from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that during investigation, petitioner has confessed his guilt. Besides this, petitioner has got one more criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and similar nature of criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
