2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed to quash the First Information Report of Baheri P.S. Case No.72 of 2014, in which, the petitioner was made accused for the offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Photo copy of the case diary alsongwith the present stage of trial has been received through letter no. 180 of 2017 from the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Darbhnga, which shows that the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner, under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34557 of 2014 dt.03-11-2017 Code, on investigation and the record is running for framing of charges.

4. As such, I find no merit to quash the First Information Report of Baheri P.S. Case No.72 of 2014. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
