Although in the light of the order dated 22.12.2014 the petitioners were required to file a supplementary affidavit however, Mr. Sinha produced copy of the order contained in memo no. B/374 dated 23.02.2012 passed by the Registrar of the B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and contended that during pendency of the writ application the petitioners have
Patna High Court CWJC No.14824 of 2010 (5) dt.19-01-2015 been regularized on Class-III posts on superannuation of the incumbents holding the post of Routine-Clerk . In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application in order to agitate their grievance with respect to the particular date(s) from which the petitioners would be entitled to seek regularization. The State has no objection.
Accordingly, the application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
