2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated by the Officer Incharge of Narpatganj Police Station merely in order to atone his frustration as the petitioner had obtained bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015 in which the informant had gone to arrest the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner's brother has filed Complaint Case No. 928 C of 2019 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. The seizure list relating to alleged recovery of a loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge from under the pillow of the petitioner's bed has been prepared without following the procedure under Section 100 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51046 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U
