This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Allegation is based on complaint petition.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 715 of 2007 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1542 of 2006) to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Purnea, or successor Court subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be residents of territorial jurisdiction of the Court below having immovable property and the petitioner shall fully
