AC to GP 6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent State.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for payment of arrears salary along with dearness allowance from 2.12.2013 till 13.12.2015.

During pendency of the writ petition, as per the averments made in the counter affidavit, the remuneration/ stippened/salary has been paid to the petitioner up to April 2016. Further allotment has not been received and only dearness allowance due from 10.7.2015 onward has been ordered to be paid to such employees as per letter of Additional Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1553 of 2016(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 General Administration, Patna dated 10.7.2015, which is under process.

In view of the same being under process, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction in favour of the petitioner. It is, however, expected that further admissible dues should be paid expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by such payment it would be open for him to raise his claim before the authorities.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
