The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. case No. 307 of 2016 under Section 17, 18, 21, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 35 puriya each containing 150 mg. of heroin is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2016. It is submitted that recovered article is just above the small quantity. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 307 of 2016.
